Becoming rooted in the present first starts with unearthing that which is hidden from previous generations, overcoming generational trauma is the basis of healing an entire generation by forcing you into a paradigm shift, altering your own reality . As women much of our traumas, emotional blockages are held within our womb , much of this trauma gets passed down through generations if not addressed.
